Default Halloween Party Fast & Easy Crafts??

Hi all! Friday I am hosting a Halloween Party for my four girls their ages are 9,9,8,7 each has invited 3 friends. I need some quick easy cheep Halloween Craft ideas for them. My youngest has already picked out a menu of items for me to make for the party for them to eat. LOL So now I just need some craft project ideas for them that will be fun for them but in expensive for me. If you have any games also for their age groups I already have some ideas but help would be great. Surgery kind of got in the way so now I am running behind on their party. I didn't want to cancel it because their little hearts would be broken and I know how much it means to them. They have been looking forward to this party for months.

WOW!!! 16 girls? What a nice mom!

How about letting them decorate sugar cookies or cupcakes?

If they all have costumes on, they can mix and match parts of their costumes. Hannah Montana and a witch can swap hats. A princess and a devil could swap so that the princess is carrying the pitch fork and the devil has the magic wand or they could swap the tiara and horns, etc.

It's nice that they won't have school the next day.
