"angry hippie", it would be hard to say what the problem is without knowing what kind of paper airplanes you are making. Some fly better than others. Some of them are better at flying if you use a certain type of throw. Some of them you have to tweak the angles on the wings. One that flies the best for us without fail is a "whirly bird". It is great for little hands because you can just drop it off the deck and it will fly down to the ground no matter how you throw it. It looks a little like those seeds that have the wings. And it twirls and swirls its way to the ground. My kids love this one. We have made dozens of them, so that we don't have to run up and down the stairs so much. :1eye:
