My 4 year old loves to create like me. She said she loves to sew. So yesterday I cut out a rectangle of fleece, folded it over and had her sew the sides. She did an amazing job. I loved watching her sitting there like such a big girl. I added a ribbon for a strap. She sewed a button on that she found in the mall. She carries it everywhere. She is my crafty sweety!

When you say a button "she found in the mall", do you mean that she saw the button lying on the floor and picked it up? If so, she is already frugal and a recycler! Good for her! I like the way she placed the button right in the middle of the flower. She must be so proud. (I know you are!)
Thanks! Yes, she found it on the floor at the mall. We said we needed a button and she found it. She also found 23 cents during our walk in the mall! The day before she found a bay leaf in her soup. I told her that was good luck. She took that as meaning that she would find money....and she did! She is such an amazing little girl. Aren't all our children though? Such blessing!!
