Default Summer Water Project

This looks like it would be a TON of fun, and I think the kids could help make it, depending on their age.

That looks like fun. But my 16 year old thinks that it will be fun for about ten minutes, then the novelty would wear off.

She's probably right, but you never know. Somewhere on that site there is a link to someone who built it a little differently and brings it in the house during the winter to use as a fort. They used shower curtains with shower curtain rings to make the walls.

I say, keep the hose hooked up to it when it's being used as a fort. If the kids get mouthy or out of line, turn on the water!

It might also be neat to make one of these to keep in the garden. It would be just right for watering seedling, with the gentle spray coming out.
