For the burp clothes I just cut the shape I want out of 2 fabrics and serge them. For my sherpa prefolds I cut 2 pieces of sherpa to the size I need and then cut a third piece that is 1/3 of the width of the prefold. Then I sew the stripe with my sewing machine. I lay it between the 2 pieces of sherpa right side out and just sew "fold" lines down each side. Then I serge all the way around with my serger! Let me know if you have anymore questions!

I am new and I loved the project you shared. I am a Grandmother and a Great Grandmother. Real diapers and burp cloths seem to be a thing of the past. I would like more information on how you made your.. I kind of need step by step.. Is that posible?
