I am south of Seattle in the Kent Area . The dolls are so much fun to make. If you want a great book to get you started try Making Waldorf Dolls by Maricristin Sealy (older edition is Kinderdolls) I found it at my library... it has all the patterns and instructions needed to get started, or you can get kits from places like Weir Dolls, Dancing Rain Dolls, and Magic Cabin. I purchased mine from Joy's Waldorf dolls but she just retired- waiting to see who will be selling her patterns and info as she says she is going to allow other sites to use sell her kits. Let me know what I can do to help you out! I am still new to the whole thing myself but I have learned a lot!
