Once again I am in a crafting rut. I haven't made anything new lately and really haven't even had the motivation to look to start anything new.

This does happen to me all the time and I have become quite used to it. So I don't really fret too much about it and just try to get on with these days.

I know eventually I will get something stuck in my head to make and then I will be crafting once again. So I guess for now I have no news to report. Hopefully soon I will have....

Well here we go again. The knitting that I posted about earlier, well I put it away. I kind of got bored with that. Oh well it's only an afghan for me, so I guess there's no real hurry to get it done.

So... what to do next?? I have decided to start my Christmas crafts early this year. I have decided to make a wedding sampler for my father in law and his wife so for the past couple of days I have been searching through patterns.

So after a few *months* of not knitting, I decided once again that I wanted to try to make a knitted afghan for our bedroom. I already had the needles and yarn, so what the heck I thought I'd give it a go.

I was able to find a simple knitted afghan pattern and after searching for my needles and yarn I was good to go.

Well I'd love to report that I got a lot accomplished on that afghan, but really I didn't. I got bored with the pattern and started searching for more...
